Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Toronto, Canada

Duration: Long Term contract

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of overall software development experience to support and enhance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems, along with experience in ongoing code maintenance, enhancements, bug fixing, and developer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise frontend and backend applications.
- Perform ongoing code maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
- Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing code and implement improvements to application functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Provide developer and technical support for enterprise applications.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams to resolve technical issues.




- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Follow secure coding standards and enterprise development best practices.
- Support application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- 6–8 years of overall software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience
- Strong experience developing frontend and backend systems
- Experience with up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, or similar
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with enterprise application maintenance and enhancements
- Hands-on experience with bug fixing and developer/production support
- Experience with Git/version control
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
