Full Stack Engineer with AI/LLM

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months

IN-PERSON interview required.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with strong full-stack development skills and hands-on experience building AI/LLM-enabled enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems, along with practical experience implementing modern AI application patterns such as RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool calling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering production or production-like AI-enabled applications.
- Robust full-stack development experience with:
- Angular
- TypeScript
- Java
- Spring Boot
- RESTful APIs
- Distributed systems
- Practical experience with LLM application development, including:
- Model APIs




- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Embeddings
- Vector databases/search
- Prompt engineering
- Structured outputs
- Tool/function calling
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
- Understanding of AI application security and secure enterprise application design.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, scalability, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and enterprise LLM platforms.
- Experience building automation workflows and AI-powered developer or business productivity solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
