Total Experience : 10+ years of overall IT experience, 5+ years hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX A senior resource with strong Genesys Cloud CX expertise, proven Sierra.ai experience, and the ability to design and integrate AI-powered customer engagement solutions using APIs, webhooks, and modern development technologies in an Agile workplace.

Mandatory skills: Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Architect, Routing and Queues, Digital Channels, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Reporting and Analytics, Sierra.ai, JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks

Desired skills: AI/Chatbot integrations with Contact Center platforms, Customer experience workflow automation, Contact center solution design and implementation, Contact Center Operations, Customer Experience (CX) processes, Agile development methodology
