Senior IAM Specialist – Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance & RBAC

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
- Robust expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, and access controls.
- Strong understanding of security groups, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance principles.
- Experience conducting identity and entitlement cleanup, rationalization, and remediation initiatives.
- Knowledge of human and non-human identity governance practices.
- Experience defining ownership, approval, and access review processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with large-scale identity governance transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management.
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access certification programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise security governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
