Our processing team needs an experienced operator who finishes files, protects deadlines and makes the RCIC's final review easier. You do not need to know every Canadian immigration program. Depth in temporary residence, LMIA or family-class work is valuable; broader permanent-residence experience is an advantage.
Who this is for:
- You have recent, hands-on Canadian immigration
processing experience and can explain your output by application type.
- You read and write advanced English and communicate
fluently in Spanish; additional languages are welcomed.
- You research before escalating, spot inconsistencies
and welcome scorecards, standard operating procedures and careful use of technology.
What you will own:
- Prepare forms, document packages, client
correspondence and submission drafts for assigned matters.
- Drive missing-document follow-up, deadlines and file
movement while keeping clients and internal owners informed.
- Research current IRCC requirements, flag risk with a
proposed solution and deliver review-ready files.
Applications in scope
- Visitor visas and records, study and work permits,
restorations and related temporary-residence matters.
- LMIA,
spousal sponsorship, Express Entry, provincial
programs, citizenship or other PR experience is a solid asset.
How success is measured:
- Completed or submitted work - not files merely
opened - balanced against complexity, low rework and deadlines.
- For a complex portfolio, an established benchmark
may be 3-5 spousal files plus 3-5 LMIA files per month after ramp-up; temporary-volume expectations are calibrated to the actual mix.
What we offer:
- Paid onboarding, extended health coverage and role-
relevant professional development.
- A path to senior, quality-control or team-lead
responsibilities, plus performance-based flexibility after probation. WORK MODEL In-office during probation; flexibility may be earned after
Apply:
- Apply with your resume, the application types you
have personally prepared, your approximate monthly volume and your level of independence. Shortlisted candidates complete a practical work sample. Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
