As an Insurance Law Lawyer, you will work on complex matters involving insurance coverage, civil liability, major losses and commercial litigation related to the insurance industry. Advise insurers, businesses and institutions on complex insurance law matters Handle litigation involving coverage disputes,



civil liability and major losses Develop and lead litigation strategies tailored to client needs Draft legal proceedings, opinions and strategic correspondence Represent clients before judicial and administrative tribunals Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in insurance law or civil and commercial litigation Significant experience in complex litigation matters Strong strategic, legal drafting and advocacy skills Bilingualism in French and English National platform and sophisticated clientele Structured, dynamic and performance-driven workplace
