Make a difference as the Director of Child & Family Services at Horelyu Dene Ts’edi Kue in Cold Lake, Alberta. This role involves strategic and operational leadership in service excellence. - Drive strategic and operational advancements of DFNA programs
- Facilitate partnerships with community and government leaders




- Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Oversee financial resources and organizational accountability
- Ensure alignment with CYFEA and Bill C-92 compliance

Requirements:

- Seven years of leadership experience in child welfare
- Strong preference for a degree in Social Work
- In-depth understanding of Indigenous child services
- Experience in financial oversight and governance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
