Senior Litigation Associate – Administrative and Public Law WeirFoulds is seeking a senior litigation associate to join our thriving Regulatory Practice Group. 5-8 years of civil litigation experience, from either private practice or in house, including hearing experience and administrative / public law experience ~ Sustained interest or experience with administrative law and tribunals will be considered an asset ~ Experience working with skilled regulation matters and working with regulatory bodies is preferred but not mandatory ~ Strong technical, legal, research and drafting skills combined with excellent organization skills ~ Able to balance competing demands as well as being self-motivated, innovative and flexible ~ Excellent academic credentials The successful candidate will work with our experienced team of lawyers on a variety of challenging and diverse civil litigation and administrative and public law matters including professional regulation and discipline cases, judicial reviews of government and regulatory decision-making, human rights, and access to information and privacy matters.
