If you are ready to take on a key leadership role in shaping programs, developing people, and contributing to organizational strategy and culture, Artemis Huron invites you to join us as Senior Manager, Programs & Services.

About us

At Artemis Huron we provide emergency shelter, a second-stage program, counselling, children's programs, and wrap-around support to women and families impacted by gender-based violence. Grounded in feminist, gender-based analysis (GBA+), and trauma and violence-informed (TVI) frameworks, our work is deeply relational, client-centered, and rooted in community partnerships. We are also intentional about creating a collaborative and professional work environment that is healthy, transparent, and aligned with our values.

- Provide executive oversight of program operations across all service areas, ensuring high standards of care,

compliance, and responsiveness to client needs. Oversee program evaluation, quality assurance and reporting, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Act as a senior organizational voice in community and system-level collaborations, planning tables, coalitions and strategic initiatives, building and maintaining strong partnerships and advocating for systemic improvements.
- Oversee risk management, client safety, and crisis response protocols. Collaborate with the Executive Director on funding applications, grant reporting, and budget oversight for client service programs. Support the development and maintenance of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
