About Us

Prime Insights is a Sweden-based technology company reaching millions of users worldwide through our rewards platform. Our members can earn rewards by completing market research surveys, playing mobile games, and engaging with a variety of digital offers.

Our technology creates a seamless experience for users and partners, helping brands connect with highly engaged audiences at scale. Through our Partnerships division, we work with direct advertisers and performance-marketing partners to build high-performing offers across our apps and web products.

As a global and quick-growing company, we combine data, technology, and strong partnerships to deliver measurable results for our clients while creating rewarding experiences for our users.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow our non-gaming monetization in the United States, with an initial focus on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.

This is a publisher-side role with a strong business development focus. You will identify, approach, and sign direct non-gaming advertisers whose offers will be promoted to our existing rewarded audience across our apps and web products.

The role is approximately 50% new business development and 50% account management. Once an advertiser is signed, you will own the partnership end to end, including commercial negotiations, offer setup and tracking, performance optimization, reconciliation, and account growth.

This is a highly autonomous position with full ownership of your portfolio. You will be expected to take initiative, make decisions, and manage the entire partnership lifecycle independently, while collaborating closely with the wider Partnerships, Product, Data, and Finance teams. You will be accountable for the revenue and margin generated by every advertiser and offer you bring in.

What You’ll Do

- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of direct US non-gaming advertisers, with an initial focus on financial services, subscriptions, digital services, and non-gaming app installs.
- Use your existing advertiser network to open conversations, develop opportunities, and close direct commercial partnerships.
- Lead outreach, discovery, commercial negotiations, contracting coordination, and launch planning for new advertisers.

- Own each advertiser relationship after signing, from onboarding and offer setup through optimization, reconciliation, and account growth.
- Structure CPA and multi-event offers across funnels such as install, registration, KYC, deposit, and first transaction.
- Define the user journey, event requirements, payout allocation, validation logic, and tracking setup for each offer.
- Configure and validate tracking, attribution, pixels, APIs, and postbacks, ensuring that every event fires accurately before launch.
- Monitor offer performance and optimize conversion, revenue, margin, advertiser value, and user experience.
- Manage reporting, invoicing inputs, reconciliation, and ongoing commercial discussions with advertisers.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new offers, geographies, products, or commercial models.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and portfolio performance reporting.
- Use AI tools for prospect research, outreach preparation, data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently based in the United States, with strong first-hand knowledge of the US advertiser market and an established local industry network.
- 5+ years of experience in advertiser partnerships, business development, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience on the publisher or monetization side of a rewards, offerwall, cashback, loyalty, or similar performance-based business.
- A strong existing network of direct US advertisers that you can activate, particularly in financial services or adjacent non-gaming verticals.
- Concrete examples of brands, advertiser programs, or partnerships you personally developed, including the commercial or performance results delivered.
- Proven experience acquiring direct advertisers and working with rewarded traffic, CPA models,

and multi-event offers.
- Strong practical knowledge of tracking, postbacks, attribution, and platforms such as TUNE, Everflow, Impact, CJ, Awin, and FlexOffers.
- The ability to independently structure, set up, validate, launch, run, and optimize offers across mobile and web environments.
- A commercial, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, with confidence interpreting performance data and making decisions independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and portfolio-management skills.
- High ownership, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple advertiser relationships without close supervision.
- Fluency with AI tools for prospect research, outreach, data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Location & Working Hours This listing is intended for candidates who are currently based in the United States and already operate within the US advertiser ecosystem.

- You must be legally eligible to work from your current location in the United States.
- You should be available during normal US business hours and able to collaborate with international colleagues when required.
- Remote within the United States.

Our Offer

- Competitive base salary, determined by experience, network strength, and overall profile, plus our standard uncapped monthly commission plan tied to the revenue and margin generated by your portfolio
- A high level of autonomy and freedom, with end-to-end ownership of your advertiser portfolio and direct involvement in commercial decisions.
- A monetization channel that already works, with an established rewarded audience across our apps and web products.
- A fast-growing international company with collaborative teams located around the world.
- A remote-first working environment and the freedom to work from where you are most productive, subject to the location requirements of the listing.

Significant We are not considering freelancers or consultants who are managing multiple clients or projects. This is a full-time role for a committed professional who wants to focus deeply on one product ecosystem, build long-term advertiser relationships, and make a lasting commercial impact.
