This position focuses on developing and managing comprehensive 5-year turnaround and maintenance plans that directly enhance asset reliability. You will lead multi-year budgeting and long-range planning, partnering with various teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize production loss.
Your expertise will facilitate continuous improvement and OPEX reduction efforts. Develop integrated production loss forecasting systems
- Manage change requests to ensure project alignment
- Mentor team members in best practices and technical skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering with P.12+ years in oil sands or gas industries preferred
