Position Summary The Senior Manager, Delivery Lead / Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of complex technology and business initiatives. As the primary customer-side delivery lead, this role oversees project execution, governance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams. The role ensures initiatives are delivered within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Strategic Initiatives across multiple business and technology workstreams.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and delivery forecasts.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes; resolve roadblocks and escalate concerns with recommendations.
- Coordinate workstream leads, clarify accountabilities, and ensure cross-workstream alignment and timely delivery.

Governance and Stakeholder Management

- Establish the project governance structure, meeting cadence, reporting standards, and decision-making processes.
- Chair Steering Committee meetings and Project Leadership Team meetings, including agenda development, materials, decisions, actions, and follow-up.
- Facilitate workstream leadership meetings, cross-functional planning sessions, and executive checkpoints.
- Provide transparent, executive-ready reporting on project health, forecasts, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required actions.
- Build effective relationships with business leaders, technology teams, operational partners, control functions, and vendors.

Vendor and Financial Management

- Serve as the primary delivery contact for external vendors and implementation partners.
- Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, dependencies, contractual milestones, acceptance criteria, and performance expectations.
- Oversee project financials, including forecasts,



milestone reviews, invoice validation, and change requests.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and acceptance requirements before approval.

Agile Delivery and Team Enablement

- Apply Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methods based on initiative needs.
- Facilitate or oversee sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Support backlog readiness, team capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery forecasting.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on delivery discipline, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Testing, Readiness, and Launch

- Coordinate testing, validation, acceptance, deployment, and launch activities across workstreams.
- Ensure operational readiness, training, support planning, change readiness, and transition activities are completed.
- Lead go-live planning, launch governance, stabilization, lessons learned, and project closure.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years of experience leading technology or business transformation initiatives with multiple workstreams and external vendors.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar delivery leadership role.
- Experience leading Steering Committee and Project Leadership Team governance and preparing executive communications.
- Strong experience in project planning, financial management, vendor management,



risk and dependency management, and delivery reporting.
- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- PMP certification and Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience delivering intranet, digital workplace, collaboration, content management, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Knowledge of organizational change management and adoption practices.

Success Measures
- Delivery commitments achieved within approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets.
- Effective governance across Steering Committee, Project Leadership Team, and workstream forums.
- Timely resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Strong stakeholder confidence in delivery reporting, forecasts, and execution.
- Vendor commitments achieved and solutions transitioned successfully into operations.

The expected base salary range for this position is $100 – $120 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
