Senior Project Manager/Estimator position in Cornwall for a Disaster Restoration expert! Our client is a well-established and profitable disaster restoration contractor serving Cornwall and Eastern Ontario. Due to strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join their leadership team. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee restoration projects from initial loss assessment through to completion while also preparing accurate estimates and managing client relationships. Managing insurance restoration projects from start to finish Coordinating field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers Building and maintaining relationships with adjusters, insurers, and clients Managing project schedules, budgets,



and profitability Supporting daily operations and contributing to long-term business strategy Mentoring field personnel and helping develop a high-performing team Experience in the disaster restoration, insurance restoration, or property restoration industry Previous experience in both estimating and project management Strong commercial and business acumen Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting Candidates from Cornwall, Brockville, Hawkesbury, Ottawa's east end, or surrounding communities within approximately 80 km are encouraged to apply.
