BGIS is seeking a Senior Property Manager, Landlord Engagement in Toronto to oversee tenant and landlord relations, lease enforcement, and day-to-day property operations under the IO contract. This role acts as a key liaison with owners, landlords, tenants, vendors, and IO/internal stakeholders.
You will lead a team, recruit and mentor staff, manage performance, and coordinate with landlords, tenants and IO stakeholders to resolve escalations and ensure compliance and service quality.
