Senior QA / Systems Testing Specialist – .NET

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QA / Systems Testing Specialist with solid hands-on experience testing .NET web applications, REST APIs, and databases . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and executing test strategies, managing test plans, and working with Microsoft Azure DevOps/TFS throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing of .NET web applications .
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios .
- Test and validate REST APIs using Postman or equivalent API testing tools.
- Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and testing.
- Create and manage test cases and test suites using Microsoft Azure DevOps Test Plans/TFS .
- Develop and contribute to QA strategies, testing methodologies, and quality processes .
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support test reporting,



defect management, and release readiness activities.

Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience testing Web Applications, preferably .NET-based applications .
- 3+ years of experience testing REST APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Test Plans/TFS .
- 3+ years of experience writing and executing SQL queries .
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy, SDLC, and defect management .
- Experience working in Agile and/or structured SDLC environments .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
