Senior QA / Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA / Test Analyst to support manual and automated testing for enterprise applications, web services, APIs, databases, and data warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Perform manual and automated testing , including unit, integration, load, performance, SIT, SAT, and UAT testing
- Develop automation scripts for Windows services, Web APIs, and web applications
- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, and Thunder Client
- Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, QuickTest Pro/QTP, and LoadRunner
- Perform database and data warehouse testing using complex SQL, XML, and database queries
- Experience with HPQC/Quality Center and TFS for test management and defect tracking
- Experience with VBA and VBS scripting
- Conduct WCAB AA/WCAG accessibility testing ; experience with JAWS, NVDA,



and accessibility compliance tools is preferred
- Experience testing HP NonStop (Tandem) environments, including batch, online, n-tier, and web applications
- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and multiple project teams
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in the Public Sector, preferably education systems , is an asset
