Senior Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

VStream Labs Inc. is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud experience for a major banking client. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can translate complex financial-services requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

What you’ll do

- Design, develop and maintain enterprise solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Build high-quality functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers and Salesforce Flows.
- Configure and extend FSC capabilities, data models and business processes.
- Develop secure integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Technical Leads and business stakeholders to turn requirements into effective solutions.
- Participate across the full delivery lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, production support and stabilization.
- Write unit tests, debug complex issues and resolve production incidents with clear root-cause analysis.
- Support data migration, release management and Salesforce deployment activities.
- Contribute to solution design, estimation, code reviews and engineering standards.
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.

What you bring

- 13–15 years of professional Salesforce development experience,



including recent hands-on delivery in senior developer or technical leadership capacities.
- Strong practical experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers and Flows.
- Experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, sharing, profiles, permission sets and access controls.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization and platform best practices.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, deployment automation and release processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification.
- Banking, wealth management, insurance, capital-markets or broader financial-services experience.
- MuleSoft or another enterprise integration platform.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a large, regulated enterprise setting.
