Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer to design and deliver complex, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM, along with extensive experience in solution design, business and functional requirements, application flows, UX/UI design, accessibility, testing, and enterprise application implementation.

This role requires a strong combination of technical architecture knowledge, business analysis capabilities, solution design expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design hosting and enterprise technology solutions based on client service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create high-level application flows and functional design documentation.
- Design and develop solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.
- Develop detailed process flows, screen designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Translate business requirements into scalable application and solution designs.
- Develop use cases, identify and document business rules, and create business requirements documentation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve solutions.
- Develop user personas and user journey maps.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ensure solutions comply with user experience and accessibility standards, including WCAG/AODA.
- Develop application visibility models and CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) matrices.
- Create application screen mockups, screen flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Identify project and solution risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop QA plans and write test cases.
- Document test strategies, scenarios, and plans supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create and maintain business architecture artifacts.
- Apply change management methodologies and Rational Unified Process (RUP) practices where applicable.
- Evaluate system performance, capacity, and scalability requirements.
- Research emerging technologies and industry best practices and recommend their application where appropriate.




- Participate in the planning, migration, implementation, and ongoing support of complex enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, architects, QA teams, and other project members.
- Bridge business requirements with technical implementation teams.
- Ensure corporate QA standards and best practices are followed.

Testing, QA &

- Architecture

- Demonstrated experience creating Quality Assurance plans and writing test cases.

- Experience ensuring quality standards and testing processes are incorporated into solution delivery.

Technical &

- Enterprise Architecture Knowledge

- Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, enterprise infrastructure, servers, storage, SAN, and related technologies.

Work Arrangement This is a 100% onsite position requiring the successful candidate to work five (5) days per week at the designated OPS office location. Standard working hours are between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding lunch breaks.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a seasoned Solutions Designer with deep hands-on experience delivering enterprise solutions using both Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM. The candidate should have strong capabilities across solution design, business and functional requirements, UX/UI, accessibility, application flows, wireframing, testing, and enterprise implementation.

Candidates must clearly demonstrate 7+ years of experience in BOTH Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM solution design and implementation to be considered for this opportunity.
