Senior Solutions Designer (Siebel CRM & Adobe AEM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Designer with strong expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end technology solutions, translating business requirements into functional designs, and supporting large-scale enterprise application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and document enterprise application solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create high-level application flows, process maps, and solution designs.
- Develop functional design documents and business architecture artifacts.
- Design user-centric solutions with a focus on usability, accessibility, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, screen mockups, and workflow diagrams.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
- Identify risks and provide recommended solutions.
- Support testing activities, QA processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Solution Design

- 7+ years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM.
- 7+ years of experience designing solutions using Adobe AEM.

- 7+ years of Siebel Solution Implementation experience.

- Application Visibility Models

User Experience & Accessibility
- Experience with:
- User Experience (UX) Design
- User Research & Usability Testing
- User Personas & Journey Mapping
- Accessibility Standards (WCAG/AODA)
- Experience using design tools such as:
- Figma
- Adobe XD

Business Analysis & Documentation
- Experience developing:
- Use Cases (Business/System)
- Business Rules
- Business Requirements Documentation
- Experience identifying business and technical risks and proposing solutions.
- Experience creating QA plans and test cases.
