This role is an opportunity to become a trusted technical advisor to strategic and enterprise customers throughout their post-sales journey. You’ll own customer relationships, accelerate platform adoption, and connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Working within a globally distributed Customer Engineering organization, you’ll collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Support, Sales, and other technical teams.
You’ll help customers improve operational maturity across containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development. You’ll also contribute to scalable enablement programs, best practices, and frameworks that elevate customer success across the broader organization.

- Drive adoption, operational maturity, and long-term value realization through proactive account planning, technical guidance, and strategic engagement.
- Conduct regular technical and business reviews, demonstrating progress, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning stakeholders around success metrics.
- Anticipate technical risks, adoption barriers, and customer blockers, developing mitigation plans in partnership with customers and internal teams.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, DevOps Consultant, Customer Engineer, or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern cloud-native development practices.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and demonstrate measurable customer value.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.

- Strong relationship-management skills and a customer-first approach to solving complex problems.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and other functions in a globally distributed organization.
- Experience working with developer-first platforms or product-led growth models is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or agent-based development platforms is a plus.
- Previous post-sales or lifecycle-management experience within an infrastructure, developer-tools, or SaaS organization is beneficial.
Benefits
- Equity participation for full-time employees.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility to manage your schedule.
- Home-office support to help create a productive and comfortable workspace.
- Technology stipend equivalent to US$100 net per month.
- Generous paid time off, quarterly wellness days, and a designated year-end wellness break.
- Annual learning and development stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and other career development.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment.
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage, retirement programs, and paid holidays, varying by country.
