We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who's ready to bring that expertise into a growing IT staffing firm and who has their sights set elevating the team to the next level!

Run the full recruitment life cycle on our most complex and highest-priority requisitions from sourcing through placement, partnering directly with Account Managers on strategic accounts. reviewing approaches, sharing search strategies, and helping the team level up. Deconstruct technical, functional, and behavioural requirements from clients to build precise, targeted candidate searches. Own relationships with your candidate pipeline, delivering the kind of white-glove experience that keeps top talent coming back.

Flag delivery risks and process gaps early, and bring solutions to the table. 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally within IT staffing. ~ Comfort using AI-powered recruiting tools to work smarter, not just harder. ~ Experience with an ATS (Bullhorn or similar)



and a sharp eye for clean, complete candidate documentation. ~ The communication skills to communicate with candidates at a senior level; A coaching mindset: you naturally help others get better, even before you have the title to prove it. ~ A modern hybrid work model that supports productivity and personal flexibility.
