We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter-180 Desk who can lead full-cycle recruitment efforts with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Recruitment: Use a combination of direct sourcing, sourcing agent candidates and our internal candidate database to fill pipelines.

Cold outreach: Reach out to candidates via Phone calls, LinkedIn InMail/Connection Requests, email, and SMS to build rapport, screen for fit, and get them excited about opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and talent acquisition teams. Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency setting ,



preferably for technical roles.

Strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques. Proven ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates. Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to source and recruit more efficiently. Access to a personal computer with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.

Preferred : Familiarity with the electrical industry and its key job functions.

Experience using an ATS (PCRecruiter experience is a plus).

Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Ontario, Canada.
