As a Senior Technology Operations Analyst (AMS EC SuccessFactors), you will play a strategic leadership role in delivering high-performing, resilient technology solutions across EY's internal and client-facing environments. You will lead complex development initiatives, drive technical strategies, mentor analysts, guide operational excellence, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape technology outcomes that align with business objectives.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, validations, and governance processes. Manage employee lifecycle data (hires, transfers, promotions, offboarding, LOA, position changes). Conduct user training, provide guidance, and support end-users with EC processes and system navigation.
Perform integration support, coordinating EC data flows with other HR and business systems. Maintain security and compliance, managing permissions and ensuring alignment with regulations and internal policies. Test and validate system changes, enhancements, quarterly releases, and integration scenarios.
Create and maintain documentation, including configuration details, user guides, and process updates. Develop innovative solutions improving system performance and reliability Deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership Contribute to long-term technical strategy Identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence Deep understanding of Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, time off, position management, and EC core HR processes. Proven ability to manage AMS environments with high ticket volumes,
multiple clients, and complex cross-module impacts.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data and troubleshooting system behavior. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience (configuration + support).
Experience in post-go-live AMS support, including incident management, enhancements, and governance workflows. Familiarity with EC integrations via CPI, Payroll, or third-party systems.
Experience participating in AMS governance, CAB reviews, and release management cycles.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC or related modules. We seek individuals who bring senior-level technical insight, exceptional judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
