Key Responsibilities

- Treasury & Cash Management: Execute daily cash positioning, account reconciliations, pooling activity, and cash flow projections. Maintain operational aspects of core treasury platforms and inter-company netting systems.
- Banking & Liquidity Operations: Serve as the primary banking liaison; execute commercial paper, FX transactions,



and short-term investments per corporate strategy. Prepare and process payments in alignment with internal financial controls.
- System & Vendor Administration: Oversee supplier setup, banking maintenance, and payment netting systems. Manage vendor coding tied to credit card and expense platforms.
- Corporate Travel & Fleet Programs: Administer corporate expense platforms (e.g., SAP Concur) to support employees. Manage day-to-day administration for the corporate fleet program, including user manuals, toll inquiries, and fine processing.
- Accounting & Compliance: Assist with month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal control documentation (SOX). Maintain updates to operational treasury manuals and assist with annual compliance audits.
- Continuous Improvement & Support: Apply lean concepts to streamline financial workflows. Provide ad-hoc reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional support to global treasury leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within a corporate treasury or financial operations role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with automated productivity tools (e.g., Power Query, RPA) and corporate expense platform administration is strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high ethical standards, and a proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential data.
- Operational Drive: Strong multi-tasking skills with a track record of meeting strict reporting deadlines independently while contributing effectively within a team structure.
