- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience • User research, interviews, usability testing & A/B testing • User journeys, personas, service blueprints & information architecture • Wireframes, mockups & interactive prototypes • Figma and similar design tools • Design systems & Ontario Design System • Agile/Sprint-based development • Accessibility & WCAG 2.1 AA • Robust stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation • Digital Service Standard knowledge is an asset • Ontario Public Service experience is an asset
