Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Prepare and mix beverages, including cocktails, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Experience with food service operations, including cashiering, serving, bartending, and food safety regulations is highly desirable
