Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations to uphold health standards.




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving procedures, and beverage preparation.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Basic math skills for cashiering tasks such as cash handling and bill splitting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment comfortably.
