Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Assist in food preparation and plating when necessary to support smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar station, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately,



process payments, and provide correct change or receipts
- Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies

Skills

- Proven restaurant or food industry experience with a solid background in food service or bartending
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations
- Barista or bartending experience is a plus for crafting specialty drinks confidently
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service
- Hospitality mindset with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and safety
