Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to safety standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests




- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred; experience in bartending or serving is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Food service experience is preferred; hospitality background is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old (depending on local regulations)
