Job Overview
We’re looking for friendly and energetic Servers/Bartenders to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating a lively atmosphere while delivering top-notch service to our guests. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or ensuring everyone has a great experience, your enthusiasm and hospitality will make all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages, following all safety and legal guidelines.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS to process orders and payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support food service operations by assisting with table setups, refills, and order delivery.
Skills
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or bartending is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Positive time management to handle multiple tables or drink orders smoothly.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
