Server – Hot Pot Restaurant

We are hiring friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Servers to join our front-of-house team.

Our servers are primarily responsible for taking care of guests, managing assigned tables, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Main Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Explain menu options and hot pot dining procedures when needed
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Monitor assigned tables throughout the meal
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and skilled manner
- Assist with order accuracy and communicate with the kitchen and food runners
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned table sections
- Handle guest concerns appropriately and involve a supervisor when necessary
- Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods

What We Are Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with guests
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Able to stay organized while managing multiple tables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant




- Previous serving experience is preferred
- Hot pot or Asian restaurant experience is an asset
- Must be willing to learn menu items and restaurant service standards

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time Pay: $18–$20 per hour + tips

Availability: Evening and weekend availability preferred
