Duntroon Cyder House & Farm is looking for passionate summer students to join our customer service team! Do you love cyder, nature and talking to people? If the answer is yes, then this might just be the position for you!
Our retail & events serving team are the “face” of our brand, responsible for providing our full customer experience; we love our customers! You will be focused on operating our retail store, outdoor bar operations and our Collingwood Farmers Market experience. We have lots of things going on at our cydery and orchard, so there is always an opportunity to learn and grow in other fun areas!

Responsibilities & Duties
● Retail Ambassador responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers with purchases in-person
- Preparing online orders for delivery & pick-up
- Cleaning/sanitizing the store and fixtures.
- Stocking the retail areas and managing inventory
● Performing all tasks related to the outdoor serving area. This includes but is not limited to:
- Silo Bar service
- Serving cyder & snack items
- Leading group tastings
- Busing & stocking as necessary
- Preparing bills & processing payments
- Grounds care, setup and knock-down tables and chairs
- Cleanup activities
Qualifications & Skills ● Smart Serve certified
● Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
● Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Valid drivers licence is considered an asset
● Serving experience is considered an asset.
● Food Safety certification is considered an asset.
● Valid First Aid certification is considered an asset.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
