Franco’s Callingwood is looking for a part-time dining room server for evenings and weekends.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create an inviting atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service for all guests
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience using Micros POS system or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculation
