Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including food handling and food safety practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs or concerns promptly

Qualifications





- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; a strong background in the food industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and positive communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment through strong time management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction
