Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support tasks, including basic food handling and sanitation practices
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while upselling menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team with food prep tasks,



ensuring timely delivery of orders and proper food presentation
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow
- Engage with guests positively, providing excellent guest services and addressing any special requests or concerns

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing accurately
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
