Northside auto group is currently recruiting a reliable, friendly Service Advisor to join our team.

Service Advisors play a crucial role by providing estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and general maintenance. Through effective and thorough communication with customers, the Service Advisor determines the services necessary and predicts the time needed for completion.

Responsibilities:

- Creating warm and helpful customer service experience
- Greeting customer and scheduling appointments
- Preparing Repair Orders by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as any repairs or services required
- Explaining all repairs and services necessary to customers
- Diagnosing customers concerns and ensuring necessary repairs have been made
- Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, answering questions and concerns and arranging alternative transportation
- Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
- Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
- Handling customer complaints
- Other duties assigned by the Service Manager

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software related to service management.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
