Steele Hyundai is looking for someone who brings a passion for helping people and a knack for problem solving to the role of Service Advisor. In this position, you are the connection between our customers and our service team, helping ensure every visit is smooth, transparent, and positive. From greeting customers and explaining recommended services to keeping them informed throughout the repair process, you play a key role in delivering the level of care and trust our customers expect.

Hourly Wage Range: $21.40 to $25.70, plus performance bonus

What You’ll Be Up To:

- Welcoming customers and learning about their vehicle concerns and needs
- Reviewing warranty and service coverage, and explaining it in a clear, approachable way
- Preparing accurate estimates for parts, labour, and recommended services
- Creating detailed repair orders that set the shop up for success
- Keeping customers informed with timely updates and transparent communication
- Maintaining organized and accurate service documentation
- Staying current with Hyundai programs, systems, and ongoing training
- Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, high-performing environment

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

- Experience in customer service, automotive experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills,



both in person and over the phone
- A natural ability to build rapport and create trust with customers
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
- A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
