Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, integrate, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions within a large banking environment. The role will work across multiple ServiceNow product lines, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting development, integrations, testing, releases, and platform governance.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, technical designs, and development tasks
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, service catalogs, forms, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, portals, dashboards, and reports
- Design and support REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support testing, releases, change management, deployment validation, and rollback planning
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development and governance standards
- Collaborate with business, technical, vendor,
and project stakeholders throughout Agile delivery
Requirements- Must-Have
- 5+ years of recent ServiceNow development/delivery experience within complex enterprise environments
- 3+ years working across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM Pro, SecOps, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, BCM, or Crisis Management
- Robust hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets and Transform Maps
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, automation, troubleshooting, and platform configuration
- Experience translating requirements into technical designs and Agile user stories
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile delivery, release management, and ServiceNow platform governance
- Must meet Enhanced Reliability Clearance eligibility, including 5 years of residency in Canada
Nice-to-Have
- Experience within banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments
- Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and custom enterprise applications
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA
