Position Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer Location: Onsite Contract Our client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to support the implementation and enhancement of the ServiceNow CMDB and Security Operations capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on development, configuration, integration, scripting, testing, and platform optimization. This role requires extensive experience with ServiceNow development, Discovery, integrations, workflow automation, and CMDB configuration.

Phase 1: CMDB Foundation (Primary Focus) Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery schedules. Develop and maintain Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE/IRR). Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Configure

ServiceNow Security Operations components including Vulnerability Response and Incident Response. Develop integrations with vulnerability management and security monitoring tools. Implement SLA monitoring and escalation processes for security incidents.

Support security data ingestion, normalization, and workflow automation.



Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience . JavaScript ServiceNow Discovery Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) Familiarity with ServiceNow Security Operations and associated data models.

Experience performing unit testing, troubleshooting, and production support. ServiceNow CSA certification. ServiceNow CAD certification.

Experience working with CMDB and Discovery implementations.

Experience integrating vulnerability scanners, SIEM platforms, or cybersecurity tools.

Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. CMDB configurations and enhancements. Discovery and MID Server implementation. Dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions. Technical documentation, testing results, and deployment packages. Successful integration of security tooling with ServiceNow. High-quality, maintainable code aligned with platform best practices.
