Total Plumbing & Heating is hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Worker / HVAC Installer to join our team.

We are looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can step into a busy HVAC environment and contribute right away.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Residential HVAC installations and replacements
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork and related equipment
- Fabricating and installing sheet metal and duct systems
- Reading drawings, measurements and job specifications
- Completing retrofit and new installation work
- Working independently and alongside our HVAC team
- Maintaining clean, safe and professional job sites
- Communicating with customers, supervisors and other trades
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

- Sheet Metal Journeyperson or experienced apprentice
- Residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
- Strong sheet metal fabrication and installation skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- Reliable, accountable and organized
- Robust focus on workmanship and customer experience
- Safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team
