The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the day production team. You will oversee the safety, quality and efficiency of daily production operations.

- Lead and direct production staff on shift
- Enforce operational standards — safety, quality, yield, GMP, HACCP, and BRC
- Set expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and discipline as needed
- Coordinate and drive execution of the production plan with key stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to keep plant priorities aligned
- Maintain accurate employee records related to H&S;, production, and timesheets
- Develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and SOPs
- Take part in audits, leading root cause investigations and corrective actions when required

Requirements

- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and food safety standards
