Kostklip® Manufacturing is hiring for its Full-Time, Permanent Shipper and Receiver position for morning shift, 6:00 am to 02:00 pm.

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipments
- Spot check and verify the parts before shipment
- Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
- Follow up with Sales and Marketing on day to day basis
- operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
- Coordination with warehouse, production and sales team
- UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, freight forwarder
- Schedule outbound carriers, load trucks safely, and confirm dispatch details




- Create accurate bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels manually or via software.
- Assist with unloading of trucks / inbound shipments / receiving
- Unload and inspect: Safely unload incoming delivery trucks and check goods for damage or missing items against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Record inventory: Enter received raw materials and parts into the computerized inventory or ERP system
- Generating pick list and invoicing as per schedule
- Other duties as assigned.

Expectations

You are

- Reliable, has attention to detail and produce quality work
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Has good math skills
- Able to bend and lift 15 to 20 pounds continuously, occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with shipping/receiving operations
- Forklift and reach truck experience is required
- Good understanding with UPS and FedEx shipping process
- Deep knowledge of pallet orders, LTL shipments, cross border shipments
- Computer skills, MS Office, Outlook and experience with ERP

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
