Shipper Receiver / Parts Person

We are currently looking to hire a full time Shipper Receiver / Parts Person at our International Truck Dealership in Dawson Creek.

Responsibilities:

- Input all shipping and receiving information into dealer software.
- Maintain filing of shipping documents.
- Load and unload items from shipping trucks daily.
- Sort and distribute incoming part orders.
- Prepare and schedule outgoing shipments.
- Organize and process parts/core returns.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies used for shipping.
- Organize, stock and maintain cleanliness of parts warehouse.
- Perform inventory counting.
- Pick up and deliver parts as required.
- Search for and look up parts for customers.
- Order parts for customers
- Assist customers with parts sales at front counter.
- Follow company standards and procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the parts department as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma/certificate
- Related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills




- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Solid work ethic and positive team attitude
- Able to lift up to 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
- Forklift and parts experience an asset
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
