In this vital role, you will manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe handling, and efficient distribution. Duties

- Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and documenting deliveries using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software.
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery or transfer.
- Manage order picking and fulfillment processes to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain organized storage areas through proper packaging, stacking, and inventory management to optimize warehouse distribution.




- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management tools.
- Support overall warehouse operations by assisting with order fulfillment, load & unload activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking, and load & unload procedures.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MRP software for inventory control.
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
- Prior experience with e-commerce logistics or warehouse distribution is a plus.
