Job Overview

We are seeking a Shipper and Receiver who also is a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for entering orders and providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full time position with opportunities for growth within our company.

Administrative and Order Entry Responsibilities:

- Answer and Direct incoming phone calls, assisting dealers and end users with inquires
- Filing of order confirmations, work orders, invoices etc
- Enter incoming orders into the AccPac system and generate invoiced for outgoing orders once they are complete
- Quality Control inspection of finished goods prior to receiving them to be shipped

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily orders that are ready to be shipped and prepare any shipping documents required (ex. Labels, Customs Documents etc.)
- Keep Warehouse and Shipping area neat and organized, while preparing the warehouse for incoming or outgoing deliveries
- Load and Unload incoming and outgoing goods (Use of Forklift and the ability to lift 50 lbs. will be a requirement) We will help in achieving forklift certification if the successful candidate does not have it.



Packing and wrapping of skids prior to shipping.

Essential Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Experience with warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes would be an asset
- Ability to lift an maneuver 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift and/or willingness to learn, we will help in getting you certified
