Position Overview:

We’re looking for a individual interested in getting into the metalworking trade Fabrication, Welding, Machining, Millwrighting. This is an entry-level position with chance for hands-on learning and advancement. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and want a future in the trades, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in fabrication, machining, and general shop duties
- Help with equipment repairs and assembly, painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support field installations and service work as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Learn and grow within the trade with guidance from senior tradespeople
- Lean implementation

Qualifications:

- Interest in the metalworking,



mechanical, or trades field
- Experience working on projects at home, in high school, or college courses is a must.
- Basic hand tools is a must.
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- Learning at home.
- Comfortable with basic hand tools and shop equipment
- Valid driver’s license.
