HRT Motors is looking to hire a seasonal Shop Helper to join our Service Department Team. It is a great opportunity to learn and expand your skills building your resume in the Service Department.

Applicant must able to work in a quick paced environment, organizational skills, able to work under pressure, attention to detail, and physically capable. Candidates are invited to submit their resumes/cover letters through Indeed.

/Responsibilities

- Assist Technicians in the shop
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment – lifting up to 60lbs
- Sweeping, cleaning, mopping etc.
- Empty garbage and oil drain buckets
- Minor inspections/repairs on vehicles
- Tire mount & balancing
- Additional duties as assigned





Qualifications/Requirements/Assets

- Clean and Valid Drivers Abstract/License
- Good computer skills and knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Above average organizational skills an asset
- Above average attention to detail an asset
- Automotive experience is preferred
- Physical job (kneeling, standing, bending etc.)
- Comfortable lifting wheels above head height on a daily basis (some larger wheels are up to 60 lbs.)

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
