We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shower Glass Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining shower glass enclosures that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of bathroom spaces. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of shower glass units.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install glass panels, frames, and supporting hardware.
- Prepare work areas by removing old fixtures, drywall, or other materials as needed for seamless installation.
- Install shower enclosures with attention to detail, ensuring proper sealing with caulking to prevent leaks and water damage.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to coordinate tasks such as plumbing connections, framing, or drywall work related to shower installations.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly,



and adhering to safety protocols throughout each project.

Requirements

- Proven experience with hand tools, construction practices, and installation techniques related to glass or bathroom fixtures.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
- Familiarity with drywall installation, caulking applications, plumbing connections, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions such as schematics for complex installations involving welding or restoration work.
- Construction experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred; a background in carpentry or general contracting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges on-site.
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for lifting heavy materials, working at heights or confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
