Site Coordinator (Roofing)

$26 to $30/hr | Full-Time | Benefits | Chilliwack, BC Keep Our Roofing Jobs Running Smoothly -- Organized, Clear & No Surprises Top Notch Roofing, a well-established roofing company in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Coordinator to be the connective link between our Production Manager and our field crews. You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day. This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have clear direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work, and keeping each site running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Confirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrives
- Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team
- Run pre- and post-job huddles independently
- Enforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completed
- Approve daily crew time using ClockShark




- Flag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprises
- Manage 3-4 active job sites simultaneously

What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational skills -- able to manage multiple sites without dropping details
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Comfortable with basic field technology, including ClockShark, SiteDocs, and reviewing work orders
- Sound judgment -- able to make decisions with the information available rather than waiting to be told
- Roofing or trades experience is an asset, but not required

What We Offer

- $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday-Friday employment
