JOB SUMMARY:

The Site Operations Superintendent supports the Site Operations Manager in the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of site activities at Wallbridge’s Fenelon Project. coordinates day-to-day site operations and provides direct supervision and leadership to site personnel, contractors and service providers.

Working closely with the Site Operations Manager and other site leaders, the Superintendent oversees site infrastructure, camp services, logistics, transportation, contractor activities, and operational support for exploration and project development programs. The role ensures that work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and the Company’s health, safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.

The Superintendent acts as the senior operational lead when the Site Operations Manager is absent or as otherwise delegated. The role is also responsible for maintaining operational continuity, strengthening site systems and procedures, and supporting the development of employees and front-line supervisors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the Site Operations Manager in overseeing daily site operations and exploration support activities.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to site supervisors, employees, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate the daily activities of multiple work groups to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with Company policies,

procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Assist with workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees and front-line supervisors through regular feedback and on-the-job training.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed in accordance with contractual, technical, safety, environmental, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Address operational and personnel issues promptly. Escalate significant matters to the Site Operations Manager and/or other department leads as necessary.
- Act for the Site Operations Manager during absences or as delegated.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support implementation of annual operating, exploration and development plans.
- Coordinate the safe and timely execution of site activities, including camp services, logistics, transportation, infrastructure maintenance, and exploration support.




- Develop and communicate daily and weekly work priorities in coordination with site departments and contractors.
- Monitor daily operational performance, identify emerging risks or constraints, and implement practical corrective actions.
- Ensure that appropriate personnel, equipment, materials, accommodations, and other resources are available to support planned activities.
- Participate in meetings with site staff and contractors and assist with contractor mobilization, onboarding, performance monitoring, and compliance activities.
- Conduct or participate in workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective-action follow-up.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities and assume assigned responsibilities under the site emergency response plan.
- Maintain effective communication among site departments, contractors, service providers, Indigenous-owned businesses, community representatives, and the corporate office, as appropriate.
- Support the development, implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of site systems, procedures, standards, and workflows.
- Assist with operational readiness planning for future exploration and project development activities.
- Provide operational input into budgets, forecasts, work schedules, procurement plans, and resource requirements.
- Monitor operational expenditures and assist in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities without compromising safety or work quality.
- Maintain accurate and timely operational records, reports, schedules, contractor documentation, and other site information.
- Support site leadership in achieving the Company’s health, safety, environmental, operational, cost, schedule, and community-relations objectives.
- Perform other duties consistent with the role, as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Strong supervisory, field leadership, and team development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple contractors, service providers, and work groups in a remote site environment.
- Sound working knowledge of site operations, logistics, camp services, infrastructure maintenance, and contractor management.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental stewardship,



and responsible operating practices.
- Ability to establish priorities, manage competing demands, and resolve operational issues in a practical and timely manner.
- Strong planning, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across operational, technical, and corporate teams.
- Ability to provide transparent direction, hold employees and contractors accountable, and address performance concerns constructively.
- Commitment to mentoring and developing employees.
- Ability to assume broader site leadership responsibilities when required.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in both French and English.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in mining, exploration, project development, camp operations, or a related remote site-based environment.
- Diploma or degree in Mining, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Previous supervisory or front-line leadership experience in a site-based environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating contractors and supporting operations at a remote or camp-based site.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and operational reporting.
- Experience supporting mineral exploration or mining project development activities is preferred.
- Experience working respectfully and collaboratively with Indigenous Nations, communities, businesses, and contractors is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and any site-specific safety certifications required for the position.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Regular travel to the Fenelon Project and other Company locations is required.
- The position requires recurring on-site presence and work on a rotational or other schedule established by the Company.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
- Ability to walk over uneven terrain, climb stairs and ladders, and safely access active work areas.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work in areas that may be noisy, dusty, or exposed to operating equipment.
- Ability to enter confined spaces when properly trained, authorized, and required.
- Availability to respond to urgent operational matters outside regular working hours when on site.
